This section is designed to help you with problems you might have accessing or using an eLearning site.

We've organised our tips into sub-sections to make it easier for you to diagnose most problems yourself.

  • Logging in
    This sub-section will tell you where to log in, and give you tips on what to do if don't know your username or password, or if they are rejected as invalid.

    It also offers advice on some common error messages and other problems you might have trying to log in to the University LMS (CE6).
  • Missing sites?
    This sub-section will explain what to do if you think there are units of study missing from your list of My eLearning Sites.
  • Common Problems
    Having trouble somewhere within a particular course, e.g. opening links, accessing lecture notes, doing a quiz, reading discussion postings etc? Many of the most perplexing problems are actually really easy to fix!

Unikey account problems
General computer problems, such as using the Uni as your internet service provider (ISP).
NB: Take some photo identification to one of the university access labs to have your password reset.
